Where We Are: TCCG is based on the Newport Harbor waterfront in the Southern California region of the USA. The firm has Latin America associate offices in Brazil, Asia/Pacific associate offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, and European associate offices in the UK. The firm establishes local professional firm and consultant associations as appropriate to project and client requirements throughout the U.S. and internationally, and provides full international Internet-based support.

Who We Are: The firm, a California corporation, maintains a "core group" of experienced (30-year average) water-project-specialized principals and associate consulting professionals in architecture, planning, urban design, market and financial analysis, engineering, and environmental analysis. These can be assembled into teams ranging from one person to any size, as needed for specific projects/clients. Principal continuity on projects is a guaranteed part of our performance.

Our Clients: Since TCCG's founding in 1986, its consulting services have been provided on more than 500 studies and projects for a wide range of clients including private corporations and individuals, banks and other financial institutions, and local, state, and national government agencies. These consulting efforts have been provided in 44 US States and in 70 nations on six continents' coastlines, rivers and lakes, and on numerous islands in most of the world's oceans.

Our Background: The pre-1987 experience of the firm's principals in other professional firms and in government agencies includes 26 years of consulting in US and international locations. This experience included a diverse range of coastal, waterfront and inland lake and waterway projects, market and financial planning, design and construction consultation on retail and entertainment centers, resorts, parks, marinas, and residential and new community projects. We have deepened & expanded this diverse background as TCCG since 1986.

How We Work: TCCG can apply any or all of the full range of waterfront and water-based project consulting services necessary to move new projects from market and site analysis to financial feasibility analysis, through planning and design, environmental analysis and permitting, and into construction and startup implementation. For existing facility renovations, expansions, acquisitions, sales, or financial/operations analyses, a similarly comprehensive array of services is provided. These services can be delivered singly, in phased sequence, or in an "executive consultant" role, assembling, managing, and participating in multi-discipline teams as necessary for the client/project needs. We spend as much time with our clients and their sites as they require.

Our Reputation: We are proud that our reputation as an experienced, creative, objective, and professional firm has made us and our work equally credible (and award-winning) to both private and public sectors, to resort and marine industries, regulatory and environmental agencies and to our professional peers. Many of our new clients are referrals from our existing clients.
